Week 1
This first day we will be testing our endurance and speed while learning about self talk. What thoughts and words are useful and what thoughts and words are hindering our progress?
Hip Hip Hooray!! Your kid's a Champ!
What part does a person's hips play in their speed and agility skills? We will learn how to strengthen this part of our body in order to reach max athleticism.
We will also go over Homework for the Weekend and Kids will go home with a Spell your name Upper Body Workout Plan.
Week 2
The week starts with a Quads and Hamstrings workout. This is going to be the day our Athletes really test themselves. They will be setting SMART Goals and getting them down on to paper.

Today is all about Calves and getting explosive with our movements. On this day wear sneakers instead of cleats or bring both. We will be refocusing on Self Talk and Good Sportsmanship.
Athletes will be reminded of their Weekend Upper Body "Spell Your Name" Workout.
Week 3
It's Core DAY!!!
Athletes will learn what part their cores play in their Speed and Agility abilities. They will test themselves and then set SMART goals.
Our final day of Camp will be a series of races, competitions and games that will test your Athletes full body strength and stamina. This will be fun!

Similar program as Sunrise Speed Camp but would run through the fall season after School. Contact to show interest. TIA
The focus of this group will be to improve Speed and Agility on the baseball field. Fielding and running drills combined with plyometric and band workouts.
